Your data, your choice.

This policy explains what personal data Brazil Dreamin’ collects, why, and the rights you have under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).

What we collect

• Registration: your name, email, the days you chose and, for paid tickets, order details. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card data.
• Optional profile: company, role, experience level, city, interests and LinkedIn — only if you choose to add them.
• Private logistics: dietary and accessibility needs, visible only to the organizers who need them to plan the event.
• Speakers and partners: the information you submit in proposals, the Speaker Portal or the Partner Portal.
• Usage: basic, first-party analytics about pages visited and features used, and the source of your visit (for example, a campaign link). We don’t use third-party advertising trackers.

Why we use it

• To manage your registration, ticket, check-in and event communications (performance of a contract).
• To review speaker proposals and run the program and partnerships (performance of a contract and legitimate interest).
• To send newsletters and announcements — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To show your profile to other attendees or share your contact with a partner — only when you explicitly opt in.
• To keep the platform secure and improve it (legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

We never sell your data and never hand attendee lists to partners. We use service providers to run the platform — hosting, database, email delivery, payments and, when you use an AI-assisted feature, an AI provider that processes only the text you submit to that feature. Some of these providers process data outside Brazil, under safeguards required by the LGPD.

How long we keep it

Registration data is kept for the edition and for as long as needed for legal, accounting and security obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; some records may be kept where the law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent, and ask how your data is used. Most of this can be done directly in My Brazil Dreamin’ → Privacy; for anything else, reach us through the contact page.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember which link brought you to the site. No advertising cookies are used.
